SoulCycle® is a full-body workout that benefits the mind and body. Open to all ages and abilities, the class features indoor cycling with a fun, inspiring, and emerging atmosphere. Not only will riders burn calories and get their hearts pumping, but using the SoulCycle® Method, riders will also work their core and use hand weights to tone their upper bodies. With a motivational workout, a beautiful environment and outstanding customer service, each class can be a transformative experience. Space is limited; must pre-register to attend. This is an off-site activity. No on-site signup will be permitted.
